Frequently asked questions

Hi IronBody Fam,

be sure to include your order number & the name(s) of the item(s)you would like to return. 

You have 12 days from the date of delivery to return your item

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees back to us. To be eligible for return for store credit or exchange, all items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your store credit will be rendered void.

Please include the invoice in your package or a small note stating;

  • Name Used to Place order
  • Order Number
  • Items Returned
  • Reason for Return

Hi IronBody Fam,

Please be aware that the items returned must have no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. 

Once we receive your order you will receive your credit through email, then you may start your New purchase

We ship orders out DAILY (Monday-Friday)! Please allow 2-4 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. 

Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.  PLEASE ONLY RETURN YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS OR UPS. 

Clearance/Sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for return for they are considered FINAL SALE.
